Hollander Landscaping Return Policy

We want you to love your plants as much as we do! If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Return Window: You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return. To get started, please contact us with pictures of the plant and a detailed reason for the return.

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are eligible only if the plant has not been planted, is in the same health and condition as when delivered, and has been adequately watered. Plants must not be removed from their original pots.

  • Store Credit Only: We offer store credit for returns, allowing you to choose another plant that might be a better fit for your garden.

  • Charges on Returns: A return charge of $50 and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. These fees help cover the cost of processing returns and restocking plants.

  • Exclusions: Our return policy does not apply if the plant has been planted or transplanted by you or our planting service. If the plant has been removed from its original pot, it also becomes ineligible for return.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the plant for a different one, you can do so, but the same return charge and restocking fee will apply.

  • Process for Returns: To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You’ll need to provide:

    • Photos of the plant
    • A detailed reason for the return
    • Your contact information and order number

Once we receive your return request, we will assess the condition of the plant and guide you through the next steps to process your store credit.
