How long does the order process take?
We aim to deliver your plants within one week of placing your order. After you place your order, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to confirm the details. Once we have confirmed plant availability and logistics, we'll give you the delivery date and a approximate delivery time.

Where will my plants be placed upon delivery?
We deliver your plants right to your driveway as standard. If you opt for backyard delivery at time of purchase, we can place them there instead.
Warranty
What is the warranty on trees, shrubs, and perennials from Hollander Plant Pros?
We offer a warranty for trees and shrubs for 1 full year if we plant them, and 30 days if delivered only. Perennials are guaranteed within the same planting season if planted by us, or for 30 days if delivered. Delicate plants and certain conditions may not be covered. How does the Hollander Guarantee work in terms of coverage limits?
Our Hollander Guarentee covers up to 25% of the total value of your order or the first two plants, whichever comes first. This means if you encounter issues with more than two plants or the replacement cost exceeds 25% of your order, we'll offer a 50% store credit for each additional plant beyond this limit. This approach ensures that we can continue offering high-quality plants and service while keeping our warranty fair and sustainable.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery on plants that haven’t been planted and are in the same condition as delivered. We provide store credit for returns. Please note, a return charge of $50 and a 20% restocking fee will apply. These fees help us maintain our low-cost and free delivery options. For more details, check out our Delivery Policy.
What if my plants arrive damaged or start to decline shortly after arrival?
Don’t worry, just send us some pictures right away! We’ll assess the situation and our Plant Experts will provide care tips. If things don’t improve, we'll discuss the options for a return or replacement.

What should I do if I need to change my delivery details?
Contact us as soon as possible with your new details. We’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
While we can’t guarantee specific time slots, we’ll give you a 3-hour delivery window. If you need a specific time, let us know, and we'll see what we can do!
What happens if I’m not home for a scheduled delivery?
If you’re not home and we can’t leave the plants safely, we’ll need to reschedule. To avoid any inconvenience, you can authorize a safe place for us to leave your order if you're not around.
