Hollander Landscaping Delivery Policy
We’re all about making your plant shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know about getting your new green friends delivered:

Delivery Areas & Costs: We offer free delivery to Toronto, York, and Peel regions on orders over $250. For our customers in Durham and Halton, we provide low-cost delivery options. If you're located outside these five regions, reach out to us for a customized delivery quote.

Order Confirmation & Timeframes: Within 48 hours of placing your order, we’ll let you know when we expect to deliver your plants. This will be a 3-day timeframe so you can rest easy knowing we’re on it. Once we’ve confirmed we can get your plants within that window, we’ll schedule a specific delivery date with an estimated time (usually within a 3-hour range).

Delivery Scheduling: If the scheduled date doesn’t work for you, no worries! You can suggest a different delivery date. We want to make sure your plants arrive when it’s most convenient for you.

Large Orders & Backyard Delivery: For large orders—especially those with trees—or if you’ve requested backyard delivery, we ask that you be home to receive them. If you can’t be there, you can arrange the delivery over the phone or via email and specify where you'd like the plants placed. Standard delivery means we’ll drop your plants off on the driveway. Want them in the backyard? We can do that too, but there’s a backyard delivery fee. Decided last minute? No problem, you can pay the fee upon delivery, but it’s subject to our delivery crew’s availability and time.

Delivery Confirmation & Issues: Once your plants have been delivered, if anything doesn’t look right, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll make sure to set things straight.
