Plant Warranty Policy

At Hollander Plant Pros, we’re committed to providing high-quality, healthy plants that thrive when properly cared for. While we stand behind our products, plants are living things — their success depends heavily on proper planting, care, and growing conditions. To balance quality assurance with fairness, we offer the following warranty:

🌿 What’s Covered

Our warranty covers up to 25% of your total plant order value or the first two plants that fail, whichever comes first. If more than two plants fail, we offer a 50% store credit on each additional affected plant.

🛑 What’s Not Covered

  • Improper planting locations (e.g., too much sun/shade, poor drainage)
  • Insufficient watering or overwatering
  • Neglect or improper care (e.g., plants left in pots, not mulched or staked)
  • Pests, disease, or wildlife damage
  • Extreme weather conditions (frost, heat waves, etc.)
  • Mechanical damage (e.g., lawn mowers, construction)

📸 How to Request a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty claim, email us at support@hollanderplantpros.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  1. Photos clearly showing the affected plants
  2. Your order number
  3. A brief explanation of how the plants were cared for

We review all claims carefully to ensure fairness and transparency. If approved, we’ll issue store credit in line with the coverage above.

Note: This policy applies to residential retail plant orders only. Warranty is void if plants have been relocated, heavily pruned, or otherwise altered after delivery.
